Dear Maxine,

I wanted to write to you as I think it very important for you to receive positive feedback about your colleagues and dental practice. In my opinion people are very quick to complain but not as quick to compliment. I am pleased to say that this letter to you is all very complimentary.

 

To explain a little more to you, I haven’t been to see a dentist in some years now as I am literally petrified of the dentist. A good friend of mine is already registered with your practice and has been for some years now and she recommended Bridge  Dental . She told me that all the dentists and staff were polite, helpful and very kind. This was music to my ears as a sceptical person full of fear who has experienced some rather painful and unpleasant experiences with previous dentists.

 

I called to register with your practice and was advised that Angela would be my dental practitioner. The receptionists were so very  lovely- tried to accommodate a time that suited me and my requests never seemed to be a problem for them. As a first impression of your practice I can only give you an opinion but I think you have an amazing team. So my first appointment arrived and to say I had a few tears would be a complete understatement. Upon first meeting Angela and Laura I immediately felt less nervous and very much in safe hands! Angela talked through everything she was doing, stopped to answer my questions and concerns and had a very settling aura about her. Nothing was too much for her and her patience with me was commendable.

 

Due to an accident I had much earlier on in life I have had to have my front tooth removed and a false tooth fitted. I really want you to know that Angela and Laura were both fantastic with me. When I came in to have my tooth removed, again I was very nervous and extremely motional. I could not have asked more from Angela and Laura who took their time, explained everything and really supported me. They took the process step by step and really put me at ease. I do not know how to explain the relief I felt when it was all over and done with and my gratitude to Angela and Laura for being so caring, kind and thoughtful.

 

I would and will have no hesitation in recommending your dental practice to anyone that I come across looking for a ‘GOOD’ dentist. I have now registered by husband with your practice as well.

 

Please pass on my gratitude to Angela and Laura once more and I now look forward to seeing them again to maintain my lovely new tooth and work together on making my teeth much healthier. From my experience with all your staff that I have had the pleasure to speak to, you really have a practice to be proud of.
