Bridge Dental Surgeries. Statement from Dr Raghuy Neppalli 25 August 2022

As England has lifted restrictions on social distancing and wearing face coverings I would like to update and reassure our service users on what will be happening at Bridge Dental Surgeries.

Our front door is open.  We have hand sanitiser stations next to both front and back doors.  I would encourage patients to hand sanitise on entering and leaving the practice.  Our hand washing station, next to the back door will still remain operational for those wishing to wash their hands.

I would ask you to respect social distancing and also to wear a face covering whilst in the public areas of the practice.

All of my team will continue to wear masks whilst moving around the building and they will continue to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whilst undertaking clinical procedures.

We will still be calling you on the day of your appointment.  This is to ensure that you are not COVID positive on the day.

The clinician will still ask about your health status before commencing any procedures.

We will continue to use all the enhanced mitigating procedures and equipment that we have successfully used and are currently using to reduce, as much as possible, the spread of Covid-19.

All of my team at Bridge Dental Surgeries are very well versed in the protocols and procedures that have helped us in reducing the risks of cross infection within our practice.  We remain safely and fully open to help you and look forward to welcoming you to the practice.  Thank you for you continued support and trust in team at Bridge Dental Surgeries.

Statement From Dr Raghu Neppalli 25 August 2022

Bridge Dental Surgeries continues to be open for all treatment and your regular check-ups. Our stringent risk assessments and protocols ensure that all staff and service users are protected from the risks of cross infection of any transmissible disease.  In addition, we do not, at present, see any patient who is symptomatic with Covid-19 or isolating due to track and trace until they have completed the appropriate period of isolation.

Our website ( will give you an idea of what to expect when you decide to return to us.

These precautions and protocols will only cease when Public Health England (PHE) tell us that the pandemic is over even if you have been vaccinated.  In terms of vaccination, all of my staff are fully vaccinated and boosted .
